The pool area was a letdown, quite dirty and uninviting, but the lovely indoor garden really stood out, providing a tropical escape. Breakfast was tasty and a definite highlight. However, some staff interactions weren’t the best, which put a damper on things.

Had a fantastic weekend with friends! We enjoyed activities at the nearby Pinch Brook Golf Course and Seaton Hackney Stables. The hotel was clean, had a lovely atmosphere, and a great breakfast selection, which everyone loved. Definitely recommend bringing friends or family for a fun escape!
Unfortunately, the dining room manager was quite rude to my friends during breakfast. It was a negative experience that marred an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We stayed in a Suite with Two Double Beds, and it was really spacious and beautiful! Plus, the location was quiet, which was nice. The only downside was the furniture looked a bit dated in some areas. Overall, though, I'd say it was a comfy stay, especially loved the breakfast and the omelet bar!

The stay was enjoyable overall, especially the breakfast with fresh made-to-order omelets and plenty of options to suit everyone’s diet. The workout facilities were excellent and spacious, allowing for a solid workout. However, the noise from unsupervised children during my stay was a bit disruptive, which impacted the overall comfort. I would have appreciated more attention from staff to maintain a quieter environment during the evening hours.
